In case your luggage is stolen, damaged or lost, it is important that you contact the airline you traveled with directly.
Baggage is considered the responsibility of the airline from the moment it is checked in at the counter until it is delivered at the final destination. For that reason, the airline staff can advise you on the steps to follow and the options available to resolve the situation.
We recommend having your flight-related documents on hand, such as the baggage check receipt and your ticket, to facilitate the assistance process.

An infant is considered a child under 2 years of age, who must travel accompanied by an adult. Generally, infants are entitled to carry one piece of luggage, which usually has a maximum weight of 10 kg.
In addition, some airlines allow an additional stroller or baby carrier to be transported at no extra cost, depending on their policies.
We recommend checking directly with your airline for specific information about permitted baggage and travel conditions for infants.
For fare application purposes, many airlines consider children between 2 and 12 years of age who travel accompanied by an adult as minors.
Policies may vary between airlines, so we suggest checking with the corresponding airline to obtain details about fares, benefits and travel conditions for children.
Required IDs may vary depending on the airline you travel with, as each has specific guidelines regarding accepted official documents.

As a foreigner, the documents and procedures necessary to travel to Mexico may vary depending on your country of origin. Therefore, we recommend you follow these steps:

Go to the nearest Mexican embassy or consulate to obtain detailed information about the requirements for obtaining a visa, since conditions may differ between countries.
Complete the necessary immigration procedure
Once in Mexico, you can go to the National Migration Institute (INM), where they will provide you with assistance to complete the procedures and for any other immigration procedure you need.

The documents necessary for a minor to travel depend on the specific policies of the airline and the type of trip that will be made (accompanied, alone or international). Below are the general requirements:
Minors traveling accompanied by adults
At the inspection point, the identity of the minor will be validated using the official documents presented to the airline for the issuance of the boarding pass.
It is important to bring the documents in original and physical format, since photocopies or digital versions are not accepted. We recommend that you check directly with the airline for information on the official documents required.
Minors traveling alone
It is possible for a minor to travel alone if the person responsible for the minor signs a waiver of liability and guarantees that an adult will meet him or her at the airport of arrival with prior identification.
Children up to 12 years old will be assisted by a crew member (service subject to an additional cost).
Necessary documents:
Official identification for the minor and the adult accompanying him at the counter.
Unaccompanied minor format, provided by the airline.
At the inspection point, the identity of the minor will be validated using the official documents delivered to the airline.
Minors traveling accompanied by adults on international trips
The minor must present:
Valid passport.
Immigration document requested by the destination country.
Before making a reservation for a minor traveling alone on international flights, confirm with the airline the minimum age requirements and specific documentation for the route.

Assistance
There is no problem on the airport's part, as long as you stay within your carrier. We recommend that you also check with your airline if there are any other requirements for traveling with your pet.

Animals must be domestic, such as dogs, cats and birds (the latter need special permission from the authorities). For more information, contact the airline you will be traveling on.
Yes, you can travel with your service animal, as long as you have a medical certificate, have a leash, collar, and a muzzle on. These types of animals can travel with you in the cabin, free of charge. For more information, consult your airline.
Yes, at MTY Airport, we have perfect areas for travelers' pets to relax while waiting for a flight. The areas consist of the following types:
Outdoor areas: places where they can stretch, walk and relax under the supervision of their owners. Location: Terminal A: In front of the main gray façade, on the walkway between Terminal A and B / Terminal C: on one side of the main entrance
Pet bath: designed for pets, which helps maintain hygiene inside the terminals. Location: Terminal C next to gate 26
NOTE: Always remember to keep your pet on a leash and under control at all times

Any passenger who has valid memberships accepted by the program or those who purchase a Day Pass access.
Priority Pass and Lounge Key program memberships are accepted. To check if your card includes any of these memberships, you should contact your bank.
Yes, you can purchase a Day Pass access directly at the reception of the OMA Premium Lounge or through the official OMA website.
No. Currently there are no agreements with airlines that allow direct access for their passengers.
There is no guest limit, but each membership includes a specific number of guests as a courtesy. Any additional guests must pay for their access.
Children over 5 years old must pay access to the room.
Yes, access is available for passengers on domestic and international flights.
Yes, in case of delays or cancellations, you can enter the OMA Premium Lounge.

The standard stay is 3 hours, with the option to extend it depending on the availability of the room. Day Passes purchased directly at the lounge allow a stay of up to 5 hours.
Day Pass purchased at the lounge: $600.00 MXN
Day Pass purchased on the website: $499.00 MXN
Payments are only accepted with credit and debit cards.
Access to the lounge includes:
- Food
- Drinks
- Stay in the living room
There are no additional charges for standard services.
Drinks, snacks and snacks are offered.
Consumption is limited to:
3 alcoholic drinks per passenger.
3 sandwiches per passenger.
Yes, all OMA Premium Lounges offer free Wi-Fi.
Yes, the lounges have screens that show flight information in real time.
Yes, you can enter the lounge with your luggage allowance according to your trip policies.
No, the lounges do not have luggage storage service.
The lounges are located in the last waiting room, after having passed the security filters.

You must present:
- For Priority Pass or Lounge Key memberships: Boarding pass and official identification.
- For access with Day Pass: Proof of payment, boarding pass and official identification.
Yes, you can re-enter the room. If your stay has expired, you must acquire new access.
Only service animals are allowed, which must remain on a leash and with their owner.
In the event that the room reaches its maximum capacity, a waiting list is activated, and entry will be allowed as soon as space becomes available.
Smoking or using electronic cigarettes or similar devices (vapers) is not allowed inside the room.
Parking
Motorcycles require paid parking, either through a reservation or at regular rates.
There are disabled parking spaces in all parking lots, but they are limited and subject to availability.
Press the intercom at the parking lot entrance for further guidance.
At the moment, the airport does not have chargers for electric vehicles. We are working to have charging infrastructure in the future.
Our car parks have CCTV systems, as well as electronically controlled entry and exit barriers. Our staff frequently makes rounds by vehicle or on foot and promptly reports any atypical situation that could be a security risk.
Consider that leaving your vehicle in the parking lot is at your own risk and expense, and its custody is subject to the terms and conditions of the parking lot.
Airport parking lots are currently self-service, meaning you park in the space of your choice and keep your keys.
Yes, some of our parking lots have height restrictions.
Parking lots A1 and B1 have a maximum permitted height for vehicles of 2.40 meters. Vehicles exceeding these limits will not be able to access these parking lots.
There are no height restrictions in any of the other airport parking lots.
The parking lot has a Civil Liability Insurance Policy that covers damage to third parties to their property and person caused by direct action or omission during the custody of their vehicles.
It is recommended to make claims for damages, in the parking lot itself, before leaving the airport.
Refunds are made exclusively to the card that was originally used to pay, in order to ensure that the refund is made to the correct place and avoid any problems.
If you closed your account or replaced your card and the refund still hasn't appeared in your account after 15 days, contact your card issuer. Unfortunately, we cannot claim that money from the bank and issue the refund to a new card.
We have payment ATMs in all of our parking lots that accept cash payments. Additionally, you can pay with credit and debit cards. You can use our payment ATMs before returning to your vehicle.
If necessary, press the intercom at the payment ATM or exit to request help.
You can make your payment online and avoid going through the parking ATM before your departure. Payment will be made through the "Checkout" section of the page https://parking.oma.aero/
You can obtain the invoice corresponding to your stays and reservations online through the page https://tickets.diverza.com/oma/facturar-ticket
It is necessary to have the following information found on the payment ticket that you can print at a parking ATM or in the confirmation of your reservation:
- The ticket number.
- The payment date.
- The value of the total amount.
